I just learnt something awesome. I mean it, something really, really awesome.
I just learnt how to make money without doing any work at all. And I'm here to teach you how to do it also. Well, I'm not going to teach you, I'm going to explain to you what I found and how you can teach yourself to do it too.
So I was up at about 4am last night working on my latest affiliate product. I was putting the finishing touches on my project before sending out an email to my list. I set everything up and was about to go to bed when an idea struck me. I looked at the clock and realized I'd just spend the last 5 hours working on this project and I spent about 5 hours the night before as well. So that's 10 hours spent working. I knew that this project would probably make about 10-20 sales which would put about $150 in my pocket. So that's like $15 an hour of hard work. The whole thing seemed so annoying.
The part of this whole equation that got my wheels spinning was that even though those 10-20 sales would net me about $150, it would make someone else (the affiliate manager) about double that. He didn't do any of the hard work I did, but he's making double the profit. That just didn't seem right.
I decided then and there that I'd work to become an affiliate manager myself. So I started searching the Internet for guides on how to build a team of affiliates and most of the books I found were more or less garbage. They all said the same thing in the same vague unhelpful way. Only one book actually taught me anything useful. Only one book helped me build my own army of affiliates.
